British Airways World Cargo joins campaign to help UK small and medium enterprises (04/11/2009)
British Airways World Cargo is today offering Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) the chance to win one of 100 Business Opportunity Grants, including 12 business class flights and five AKEs of cargo capacity for one year.
The British Airways promotion is designed to bring business benefits to 100 UK SMEs in a challenging economic climate. Each winning company will also receive four British Airways American Express Corporate Cards, five Regus businessworld gold memberships and a free subscription to the Telegraph newspaper.
SMEs will be encouraged to answer a few simple questions, about their business and explain why their company would benefit from business travel to meet clients face to face, by 15 December. Further information on how to enter the competition can be found at www.ba.com/business.
Andy Jaye, regional commercial manager, UK and Ireland, BA World Cargo comments, "SMEs make up 99 per cent of British business and in such difficult times we want to help these organisations do business more effectively. We're offering the equivalent of over three tonnes of cargo capacity to each winning organisation to help facilitate trade across the globe."
